Reach teens. Make disciples.
Whoever you are, wherever you're from, you are welcome here.
Our Student Ministry exists to partner with parents in leading students (6th-12th grade) to salvation through Jesus Christ, to grow in knowledge and faith in Him, and to share that gift with others.
We are committed to excellence in discipleship that is led by trained and equipped staff and volunteers. Camps, retreats, special events, and leadership opportunities are also carefully planned to be Gospel-centered and attractive to students. Adults serving in any capacity (staff and volunteer) are screened and trained through Safe Church.

FAQs
What grades are included in the Student Ministry?
Zoe Students is for students in 6th through 12th grade. Middle school and high school students often have separate environments tailored to their stage of life.
What does a typical service look like?
Students experience a mix of fun, community, worship, biblical teaching, and small group discussion. It’s a space where they can ask real questions, grow in their faith, and build authentic relationships.
Is it safe? Who’s leading my student?
Yes, safety is a top priority here at PBC. All student leaders are background checked, trained, and supervised. We maintain clear policies for appropriate behavior, accountability, and communication.
Do boys and girls meet separately?
While our services are co-ed, small groups are divided by age and gender to create safe spaces for deeper discussion and connection.
How do I know what’s going on in the student ministry?
We communicate regularly through parent emails, text updates, and social media. You can also download our Philadelphia Baptist app or check out linktr.ee/zoestudents to keep up with all upcoming events!
Are there events or retreats outside of Sundays?
Yes! We host camps, retreats, mission trips, service projects, and fun hangouts throughout the year. We believe these are great opportunities for deeper connection and spiritual growth.
What if my teen has questions, doubts, or struggles with faith?
That’s exactly why we’re here. We welcome questions and create space for students to wrestle with their faith while pointing them toward biblical truth and the love of Jesus.
Can I attend with my student the first time?
You’re welcome to walk them in, meet leaders, and stay nearby—but most students feel more comfortable once they’re fully engaged with their peers. We’ll help them feel at home from the start!
